Dacromet Trojan Hydraulic Disc Caliper
Trojan dacromet hydraulic disc caliper to suit 10-inch and 12-inch Trojan disc rotors.
These are cast in SG iron and are Electro zinc-plated to protect against corrosion. Trojan calipers are fitted with a Phenolic piston, a high-strength, non-rusting material. Fittings, such as slide pins and bleed screws, are brass, while other fittings are Stainless Steel.

- Suitable for 15mm disc thickness
The latest Trojan hydraulic caliper mounts onto a threaded anchor plate.
Hydraulic Park Brake Handles
Trojan park brake handles secure your boat trailer when parked. Fit all existing hydraulic Trojan calipers.
In Australia, park brake hands are not required on boat trailers. However, if you have a $100,000 boat, adding a hand brake handle makes sense to prevent the boat trailer from rolling away.
Trojan caliper slide bolts are factory-secured with locktite. We do not recommend installing park brake handles yourself. Instead, have your local trailer or boat repairer install this device for you.
Trojan recommends the two stainless screws provided with the park brake handle be locktited into position.
Note 1: It also fits Alko hydraulic calipers, provided you replace the Alko slide pins.
Note 2: Install the parking brake at the rear of the rotor.

Trailer weights exceeding 2000 kg require independent control and breakaway facility, causing the brake activation in emergencies.
Tip: When changing or checking disc pads, squeeze the piston home a little by applying a G clamp to the piston.
As a result, this procedure will give you extra room to insert the disc pads.
Further, when inserting a piston, apply a small amount of silicone lubricant to the piston. Silicone lubricant does not contaminate hydraulic brake fluid like grease.
